3. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed through our website or customer service hotline. Customers must provide accurate details for the delivery or donation of the meat. Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made through various methods including credit/debit cards and online banking. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges.
5. Proof of Service
EID QURBANI will provide photographic and video evidence of the Qurbani process. These proofs will be sent to the customer via email or available for download from our website.
6. Delivery
Meat will be delivered in frozen boxes to the specified addresses in Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on location and logistical considerations.
7. Donations
Customers opting for charity will have their meat donated to designated orphanages or shelters. Proof of donation will be provided through photographs and videos.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled due to the nature of the service. Refunds will only be issued in cases of non-performance or service failure.
9. Limitation of Liability
EID QURBANI is not liable for any delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation problems. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
